From dough to filling, everything is made from scratch in our version of the classic Thanksgiving pie. To make everyone happy, we mixed both traditional main ingredients (sweet potatoe and pumpkin) with rum and just the right amount of spices. $37

Sweet French pastry crust filled with pecan cream and topped with a vanilla crémeux (custard). $39
