Tarts tend to be considered as the simplest home baker's dessert when they are made with fruits layered on top of a buttery crust. These are our favorite. But we also love the more complex ones, filled with almond (or pistachio, or hazelnut!) cream, lemon crémeux or chocolate ganache...

 

Sizes are from 4/6-person to 8/10-person.

A French bakeries classic : lemon crémeux (curd) with lemon zests, crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust and delicate meringue.

Homemade pastry crust, chocolate milk ganache, creamy salted caramel
& caramelized hazelnuts with fleur de sel.

Slow cooked apples, turning amber and deep in flavor. One of our favorite, to eat warm with a spoon of crème fraîche!
