We are French, and crêpes have been part of our life since childhood! First and foremost, we have a national holiday dedicated to them in February, the Chandeleur (which originally equals to the Candlemas) while each kitchen fills up with piles of homemade buttery crêpes quickly devoured with jam, chocolate spread or sugar.
Honestly, crêpes are so easy to make that French people eat them all the time during the rest of the year, as an after school snack, at a birthday party, from breakfast to dinner at home, in the street or at the restaurant. We simply LOVE them and, now that we have perfected our recipe, we want to share the experience with you.
We will bring our crêpes machines and the essential : the crêpes and the toppings, all made from scratch, using seasonal and organic ingredients, as we always do.
Our basic package includes one savoury and one sweet crêpes per person, but we can adjust on demand, as it all depends on the duration of your party and on the appetite of your guests.
Tables, tablecloths and tableware (plates, silverware, glasses, napkins) and even drinks can be part of it with an additional fee. If the basic team includes two members, we can as well hire extra service (servers and bartender).
