Tarts

Tarts tend to be considered as the simpliest home baker's dessert when they are made with fruits layered on top of a buttery crust. These are our favorite. But we also love the more complex ones, filled with almond (or pistachio, or hazelnut!) cream, lemon crémeux or chocolate ganache...

Lemon meringue tart
A French bakeries classic : lemon crémeux (curd) with lemon zests, crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust and delicate meringue.

Chocolate and pear tart
Pears and almond cream together, enhanced here and there by dark chocolate drops. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.


Bourdaloue tart 
We twisted the pear and almond cream classic French combination, adding pomegranate seeds and pink peppercorn. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Chocolate and caramel tart
A dark chocolate ganache hiding a layer of lightly salted caramel. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.


Fruits tart
The best of the seasonal crop (apples, pears, figs, strawberries, raspberries...), simply layered on our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust or on puff pastry. Sometimes with a bed of vanilla pastry cream.


Tarte tatin
Slow cooked apples, turning amber and deep in flavor. One of our favorite, to eat warm with a spoon of crème fraîche!


Flan parisien
Simplicity as its best : a thick vanilla and rum custard on top of a buttery flaky crust.

Available on individual size (minimum per order : 4), but not  on buffet size

Blueberry amandine tart
Blueberries and almond cream on top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.


Apple and pecan tart
Lightly caramelized apples and candied pecans, nested in pecan and almond cream. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.


Grapefruit and pistachio tart
Grapefruit supremes and a pistachio and almond cream. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.
