Macarons, canelés, choux à la crème : these traditional French pastries are not meant to share.

Get them per the dozen (the minimum per order).

 


French macaron  
$2 each (minimum per order : 12)
Almond flour, egg white and sugar are the simple ingredients of the shell that wraps a delicate ganache...
Flavors currently available: pistachio, lemon, banana-caramel, coconut-lime, chocolate-passion fruit, chocolate-raspberry-balsamic vinegar. 


Canelé  
Large : $2.50  |  Small: $0.75 (minimum per order : 12)
This specialty from Bordeaux is famous for its caramelized crust hiding a moist and custardy heart, infused with vanilla bean and rum.

Kouign amann  
Large: $ 4.50  |  Small: $ 3 (minimum per order : 12)
Originally from Brittany, this cake layers puff dough, sugar and butter (the name means "butter cake"...). Imagine a caramelized croissant!

Chou à la crème  
$2.50 (minimum per order : 12)
A chou pastry or cream puff, filled with pastry cream.
Flavors currently available : vanilla, Grand-Marnier, chocolate, praliné (hazelnut), salted caramel.

Choutilly  
$2.50 (minimum per order : 12)
A small crunchy puff (coated in almonds and pearl sugar), filled with a light whipped cream.
Flavors currently available : orange flower water, pistachio-orange.


Flan parisien  
$5 (minimum per order : 4)
Simple and delicious, this tart made of custard infused with vanilla and rum encased in a buttery crust is a staple of every French bakery.


Financier
$3 (minimum per order : 12)
Light and moist sponge cake, generously made of wheat, almond and hazelnut flours. Garnished with a seasonal fruit (raspberry, blueberry or kumquat).


Shortbreads
$.75 to $1 (minimum per order : 12)
Always buttery, sometimes with nuts, sometimes with chocolate...
- chocolate and Espelette pepper (sweet and mild pepper from the Basque country)

Zézette de Sète 
$2 for 1 large, $1.25 for 1 small (minimum per order : 12)
This specialty from Sète, on theMediterranean French coast, is a shortbread with a lot of South of France accent, coming with anise seeds, olive oil and Muscat wine.


Hot chocolate cake
$2.50 (minimum per order : 12)
Chocolate cake and cream together, warmed up by pinches of spices.

Blueberry amandine tartelette
Blueberries and almond cream on top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Lemon meringue tartelette 
Lemon crémeux (curd) with lemon zests, crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust and delicate meringue.

Apple and pecan tartelette
Lightly caramelized apples and candied pecans, nested in pecan and almond cream. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Chocolate and Pear tartelette
Pears and almond cream together, enhanced here and there by dark chocolate drops. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Bourdaloue tartelette
We twisted the pear and almond cream classic French combination, adding pomegranate seeds and pink peppercorn. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Grapefruit and pistachio tartelette
Grapefruit supremes and a pistachio and almond cream. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Chocolate and caramel tartelette
A dark chocolate ganache hiding a layer of lightly salted caramel. On top of our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust.

Fruits tartelette 
The best of the seasonal crop (apples, pears, figs, strawberries, raspberries...), simply layered on our crunchy buttery sweet pastry crust or on puff pastry. Sometimes with a bed of vanilla pastry cream.

Gâteau basque  
$5 (minimum per order : 12)
Traditional dessert from the Basque region of France, this cake layers almond flour based cake and pastry cream infused with rum and vanilla.


Chouquettes  
$3 per order (8 chouquettes) (minimal order : 12)
A favorite French kids snack : a mini pastry chou coated in pearl sugar.


Petits fours

On top of the individual pastries described above, we make petits fours for your celebration's buffet or event's cocktail :
an elegant platter of bite size pastries and mignardises. Our menu is currently being designed, but here is what you can already order (with a minimum of 12 pieces of each).

Prices per piece vary from $.75 to $3


Mini pavlova with seasonal fruits
A small meringue filled with cream and topped with seasonal fruit. Currently pear, pomegranate seeds and pink peppercorn, or citrus and citrus zests.

Mini eclair
One bite of the classic pastry chou dessert, filled with pastry cream (vanilla, Grand-Marnier, chocolate, coffee, hazelnut or salted caramel).

Chocolate, chestnut, and pear dacquoise bite
A bite of layers of almond sponge cake, chocolate ganache and chestnut cream.

Mini financier
Light and moist sponge cake bite made of wheat, almond and hazelnut flours. Garnished with chocolate and hazelnut or a seasonal fruit (raspberry, blueberry, kumquat).

Hot chocolate bite
Chocolate cake and cream together, warmed up by pinches of spices.

Cheesecake bite
The American classic as a tiny treat (available with seasonal fruit coulis).

Pistachio cheesecake bite
Our personal version of the American dessert, with pistachio cream and crunch.
